30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. If you're not happy with your ORALAURA product for any reason, contact our support team and we'll make it right.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@oralaura.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging (when possible). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• The product must be in working condition. Cosmetic wear from normal use is fine — heavy damage or missing accessories may reduce the refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping cost on your end.

Warranty

ORALAURA devices include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Replacement nozzles, gel pens and mouth trays are consumables and not covered by warranty.

Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
• Promotional gifts or free items received with your order.
